The MAP targeted not only donors but also sponsors/supporters, board members/staff/volunteers, educators, travel writers/regional media, and other groups with strategies to increase donations, attract local and out-of town visitors, recruit volunteers, and guide the board and staff in promoting the nonprofit. We also supplied 4 pages of idea sheets to go with the MAP that listed general and specific ideas to target each audience that can play a role in the success of the organization.
