Stamp worked with the Friends of Fort Gorges in Portland, Maine to develop a Marketing Action Plan (MAP). The MAP is refined into a one-page, 1,114-word document full of strategy and solutions.

The MAP targeted not only visitors but also members/ supporters, tour operators and boat captains, event planners, and other groups with strategies to increase donations, attract local and out-of town visitors, recruit volunteers, and guide the board and staff in promoting the nonprofit.

We also supplied a 3-page idea sheet to go with the MAP that listed general and specific ideas to target each market that can play a role in the success of the organization.
