Martinique on the Gulf is a French Caribbean-style resort located on the Fort Morgan peninsula of Alabama. Stamp was tasked with creating a brand and personality for the property and market to second home buyers throughout the Southeast. The agency’s strategic and creative team worked closely with the developer visiting the raw land before development began and traveling the Southeast with the client visiting similar resorts and gathering information to ensure Martinique’s sales success. Our initial work resulted in sales of homes and condos well ahead of the developers projected schedule. After the sales phase was complete, the agency was then tasked with the development and management of an aggressive resort rental management program to put “heads in beds” for the Martinique home and condo owners in a resort rental program.
