Susan’s Mark. What is a Hanko? Susan’s Mark What is a Hanko?

Hanko - Private or official seals or stamps engraved with the name of the office, institution or individual to which it belongs.

Like the dolphins she loves, Susan sees life as a balancing act and constantly strives to keep all balls moving in the air.

I came to Stamp as part of the merger with Reid/O’Donahue and have spent virtually my whole grown-up life in the ad business. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in Communications although a BS might have been more appropriate. I have the distinction of being the first Stamper to plow into one of the glass walls in our new office (don’t worry David, everything is still in one piece, no permanent damage done). The coolest thing I ever did was bungy jumping in New Zealand.

More About Susan

Favorite travel/vacation experience:
Bungy jumping in New Zealand.

I make:
Apparently a lot of noise and quite possibly a NASCAR-like wind draft as I barrel around the office.

My travel essential:
Used to be a corkscrew but airline restrictions made that problematic.

Favorite quote:
“It’s the friends you can call at 4 am that really matter.”
–Marlene Dietrich

Back in the day I wanted to be a Coral Reefer (for the unindoctrinated that’s JB’s band) but was unfortunately hampered by a complete and utter lack of rhythm and musical ability.

Trashy TV addiction:

Favorite music:
I listen to a little bit of everything from Sinatra to Springsteen to Ethel & the Shameless Hussies depending on the mood I’m in, but if I had to pick favorites I’d probably say Jimmy Buffett, Cowboy Mouth, and Bonnie Raitt.

Honk if you love:

Why I love the business:
There’s never a dull moment.

I want to Stamp out:
Unnecessary bonding.
